In the heart of TUSCANY, with ARTISANAL enthusiasm and dedication using REGIONAL RAW MATERIALS, to produce TOP QUALITY, PRIZED PASTA while full respecting our CULINARY traditions. “Antico Granaio Toscano” was established in the Province of Lucca, in the heart of Tuscany, and is located in area has always had a great respect for its culinary traditions as well as for the experience of its artisans.
We use only “durum wheat flour” made from wheat that has been grown, milled and mixed exclusively in Italy to make our dry pastas and employ a wholly artisanal working process.
Our products are of the highest quality because we use only natural ingredients, bronze dies (moulds) and a long-term, low temperature drying process.

Our work is based on three principles.
Our pasta meets the highest qualitative standards. It has excellent nutritional values as well as an extremely distinctive flavour.
Antico Granaio Toscano is constantly on the lookout for top quality wheat; together with our experts, we oversee the entire wheat growing process on all of the lands we use for this purpose. Our wheat is then stored in silos at a controlled temperature, so that it maintains all of its unique characteristics intact as a raw material.
Then, the wheat is either stone ground or milled; in no time, the flour obtained is turned into pasta, which is produced using a slow, working process with bronze dies and is dried at low temperatures for a prolonged period of time.
All this, combined with our use of raw materials with a HIGH organoleptic value, ensures that our product is completely artisanal and 100% representative of our age-old traditions
