D'Autore has been active in the field of sliced cured meats for over 40 years. It has become one of the most experienced and successful companies in this field.
D'Autore in 2007 sold 1.399 tons of products, with an increase of turnover of about 30% compared with the last year. The turnover mix is: 65% for the Italian market and 35% for the foreign one.
The wide range of D'Autore products means high quality and fine taste in the choice of Italian food specialities.

D'Autore produces and sells any type of food suitable to be cut into slices, i.e. cured meats (pork, chicken, turkey, beef ('bresaola'), fish and cheese. We also sell cured ham delicatessen and ready to eat dishes.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
D'Autore has built several slicing lines: one of them in clean room ISO 5 and five lines in clean room ISO 7. Each one is equipped with the latest generation of slicing machines, automatic loading carousels, weight control equipment, metal detectors, controlling machines supported by cameras in the final productionstage, automatic packaging systems.
Dedicated computers for each slicing line assure the control, the management of the processing cycle, the expire date and the traceability of any lot of product.
THIRD PART PRODUCTION
D'Autore is specialized in third part production and private labeling. A full range of services, from the selection of row materials to the packaging and customisation of the packaging is availabole to customers.
The respect of the norms and the achievement of important certifications allow D'autore to offer a service comlying with all the national and international rules and requirements, both in production and distribution.
During the years several important costumers have chosen D'Autore as guarantee of quality and efficiency, finding a reliable partner, capable of working in team and always in the respect of the agreed deadlines.
